Well handled. heard this from my Dad this morning about a guy he knows;

Police in League City, a suburb, say Ervin Brittnacher (BRIHT'-nah-kur) reported noises outside his house awakened him about 6 a.m. Monday. Police Lt. Bruce Whitten says he went to the door and saw a man armed with a rifle. Whitten says Brittnacher hit him in the throat with the side of his hand, took his rifle and ordered him to sit down until police arrived.
Brittnacher later offered these wise words: "I used to own a nightclub, and I knew it was never a good idea to talk to people holding guns."

Man, 79, disables rifle-toting intruder with karate chop

Police say a 79-year-old Houston-area man used a karate chop to disable an intruder and disarmed him until officers could get to his house.

After being on 2K# of pissed off bull, not much on 2 legs is going to intimidate him.

He should have shot the bastard with his own "rifle", he'll just get out of jail someday with more "training" learned from the pros on the inside. Catch 'em in the act, end their career. Protect society.

^^^ THIS. ^^^ Chances are in today's litigious world, he could successfully sue the homeowner for ruining a potential singing career. Or for unnecessary roughness. Or hurting his feelings... Etc.

I say empty the magazine and claim he wouldn't stop coming at you...

I can testify to this- I have a lot of friends who either ride bulls or broncs... yeah, two legged things don't really scare them- heck, 4 legged things (like dogs with bad owners) don't scare them much either... This is just another awesome story of how a bad guy gets what's coming to him.
