Just heard on the radidio that the AR used in the shooting was...........STOLEN!
Earlier in the day from somebody the shooter knew.
Well now Anti's, what do you have to say about that?
How are more restrictions going to change the fact that the rifle was stolen???

Response from anti's: If the owner never had one in the first place, it couldn't have been stolen.

Unfortunately, this gives an opening to a storage requirement. The anti's know damned well they can't flat out ban guns so they try all sorts of sneaky methods. If it can be sold as reasonable it has a chance. It's a scary opening since it is costly and can allow all sorts of police intrusion into places that had been private before.

What a shocker, next up- the shooter was having mental issues due to family problems brought on by depression because he cannot use his government funded art history degree and the fiscal cliff thing has him all wound up because the Repubs are gonna take away his unemployeement entitlement, so his only rational response is that he might as well just off himself and take a few rich bastards shopping in the mall with him...

Curious about this, I am assuming this means a LEO could enter my home, without a warrant, consent or probable cause, or did you mean something else that should send a chill down my spine.
