So I ordered a pistol from them about 18 days ago. Waited patiantly and expected a little delay. Finally got fed up a few days ago and tried to call and cancel. Made 82 attempts to call and never got through to a person. Sent them emails and got no response. Finally I sent another email this afternoon saying I was going to contact my credit card company and have the charges reversed and to NOT ship the gun. 1 hour later I get a UPS tracking number [Mad]
It doesn't show up as actually shipped by UPS yet so I wonder how much longer they will sit on it. Pissis me off because they keep advertising all these sales daily and promising 3 day shipping yet they can't get to my order I made 18 days ago. It's not like they had to build a rifle. They just had to box it and ship it!
I'm so pissed with them now I don't even want the gun anymore. I don't want them to get any of my money!

No I did not.
Doesn't matter at this point. They are shady and I will NEVER do business with them again. I will also do my best to tell everone I come in contact with to not do business with them.
The fact that I recieved a tracking number after my last email just proves the point that they do get the emails but choose to ignore them unless they feel they are going to lose money over it.

No dude, that would be credit card fraud and a nightmare for the OP.

Well, I didn't make the call to my CC company yet. I told them I was going to do so in the email. Was going to do it in a little bit. I should have called them right away. They beat me to it and shipped it less then a hour after I sent the email.

Good. I hope he knows the PSA needs to pick it up and provide adequate customer service and honestly advertise. I think their shipping crew works like one day a week. They have a lot to do to get on par with top notch stores like BCM.

While they have good prices and people have had good luck with them, I wont order, attempt to order I should say, from them again.
As said above, their CS sucks.
There are plenty of other companies out there they actually try to earn and keep customers.

I order things from them based on price alone and then try to forget about the order. When it finally arrives it's a good day. If you need something quick, you better look elsewhere.

I don't have a problem with a little wait, don't have to have it tomorrow but when you get over 2 weeks and they have done nothing that's a bit much. What really chaps my a$$ is to see the same item I ordered weeks ago advertised today with "ships in 3 days" on the ad. Really, I have been waiting weeks and you are going to ship the guy that orders the same item today in 3 days? Screw you.
First and last purchase for me.

Hahaha So they have now erased all my comments I made on there Facebook site and have blocked me from commenting on anything now. That's a Double SCREW YOU PSA. You have time to edit your Facebook page but no time to answer your phone or emails?? I will make it my mission to prevent everyone I know from buying from them!

Do you really believe they stock shit?...my impression is they take orders, THEN order from their Distributor so they have no inventory costs. Yeah, they have good prices, but the evidence says they are merely online middlemen. Their distributors probably hold all their PSA marked inventory and only release as they provide funds...not quite a scam, but certainly explains their shipping delays.

I didn't buy one of there in house products. I bought something else. I have heard very little complaints on the products they sell but the customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I will gladly pay a little more $ to someone that will respond to there customers. Bottom dollar isn't everything.
Could you imagine if you did get a defective product from them? You would never get it sorted out.

I haven't had problems with their orders, I have one of their CL uppers and its a nail driver... Just have to be patient

It took them 4 months to send me my upper and they ignored the shit out of me when I tried to get updates. On another forum they have an order status update thread and they started ignoring my posts after 2 months.
Fuck PSA. Won't do business with them for their service alone.

Long time lurker, first time poster -
I have never had to wait more than a couple of weeks for an order, however this is pretty much my strategy as well. I've got thousands of dollars in PSA orders under my belt and order knowing it may take a while. It's like the great prices are subsidized with poor shipping times and customer service. My patience has rewarded me with two rifles that I love.

I finally got a response today from PSA. Not from the phone messages or the several inquiry emails but just from the last "cancel my order email" ... "Sorry, your order has already shipped how would you like to proceed" Really??? I already received the product. You guys are really on the ball.
Again, I understand if they are backed up, fine. But when I buy product "X" and after 2 weeks nothing has happened and then they post a advertisement for product "X" and 'we will ship in 3 days" while I have been waiting over 2 weeks for the same thing? Screw You.
They had no problem updating there Facebook site and web site 5 times a day with specials but can't answer 1 email after 2 weeks of waiting?
