Looks to be starting fiscal 13 off right too, with more households than ever before.

If you voted for Change, we are definitely on the right track.

I wonder how that tracks with the increase in population in CO. Though on the positive side I am happy that people can get food and aren't starving, but ramen and ground pork was always a damn fine motivator to find a job. I'm glad the system is there, but I do wonder how many people are still using it just because they can.

Economic collapse? We haven't gone through an "economic collapse" since the Great Depression. Even that was mild by the standards of collapse some countries have endured. We were in (still in?) a mild recession. What are you people gonna do when it gets really bad?

When this gets to be the norm, which I suspect it will if we don't stop SPENDING MONEY we don't have, then I'll buy the "economic collapse" thing:

BTW: I'm not saying some people haven't suffered. But we've been so spoiled for so long that we think the world is coming to an end if we can't get 4G service on our iPhones.

I agree here- during the "collapse" some guys I know went out and bought brand new cars (one a BMW, the other a fully loaded $65,000 Chevy truck, and yet another a brand new Mercedes). If the economy was really that bad, these guys wouldn't be buying brand new cars.

But, it is very bad that we are edging our way to more takers than givers... soon the system won't be able to sustain itself and you're going to see a lot of people suffering- one side or the other.
