View Full Version : Defective MOE MBUS rear sight

I purchased it a while ago but it has never been mounted. I'm wondering if anyone has ever mailed anything back to Magpul for a replacement. It's obviously defective because the aperture is canted and loose fitting.

Good luck. I had some issues last year with some Magpul stuff and emailed them 3 times and got ZERO response. Not even one single reply. I was pretty turned off by that. Seems like they are in it for the initial sale then your screwed after that.

Hopefully you have better luck than I did.

I just found their Customer Support phone #. Did you ever try calling?

I've called them a few times and they were very responsive. That's been several years ago, though, before they got so big and popular.

FYI: I just called them and even though their automated message stated there was a high call volume I was able to get through in approxmimately 1 minute. I spoke with a female and she told me to mail it back and they will either repair or replace the MBUS. Outstanding!
