Tips for all workers to deal with the monday shit storm

Here's what happens on monday. Employees A-D will be hand wringing regarding the whole friday killings. Some will even be very vocal about removing guns and tougher laws against Auto-matic weapons. If and when you decide to speak your mind, HR will be on your shit faster than a russian purge.
I might suggest once the AHHHHH of guns begins, you immediately contact HR and ask them to please be X asap. THEN inform everyone you work with while no one is not disturbed or heart broken over the senseless killings. YOU and everyone at work needs to NOT discuss anything that may be construed as POLITICAL.
POLITICS DOES NOT BELONG at work and no need for any hard feelings or possibility of raised voices over the killings. EVERYONE has an opinion and if anyone voices a different one than the majority it might be interpreted as a HOSTILE WORK ENVIRONMENT

Trust me on this, having worked within the state.The flag burners will be out en masse and ANY DIFFERENCE OF OPINION will be taken as an attack on them. Why risk your job over their ignorance. YMMV

Every now and then this topic comes up where I work. Last year we had an influx of new hires. I remind them of their oath and what their employer does for a living.[pick-me]

We were getting ready for an employee Christmas party Friday afternoon. We had a big screen playing this horrific incident over and over ... I finally told my boss to shut it off for shit sakes and he did. I did not ask my boss I told him...

Again at work, someone said "if someone attacked me I would kill him"... I had to ask, isn't stopping an attacker good enough ?? why do you have to talk about killing???? No response.

I have heard alot of talk on here about "killing".. Regardless of whether a piece of shit needs dead... As resonsible gun owners and possible protectors, we should just worry about stopping an attacker, if they get killed while attacking ,,, well that is a consequence of their asshole behavior...

Speaking for myself, I do not want to kill anyone. I just need to protect my family and any other innocent persons. The way I see it, our glorious politicians won't do it. These glorious corruptors keep downsizing police and fire protection while their personal fortunes keep increasing.
