In 14 days it will be 1 year since my brother lost his life while stopping a RIB at a drug store. For those who do not know he was killed by friendly fire.
ONE YEAR lLATER AND to date, NOT ONE MEMBER OF MY FAMILY HAS CALLED FOR STRICTER GUN LAWS, NOT ONE. Whats wrong with this picture? After all isn't a call for more laws the normal response when a loved one / family member lost their life due to a gun being involved?
Sorry bloomberg and every other blood sucking leech with an agenda. The piece of shit who spent 20-21 out of his 40 years in the prison system set in motion a chain of events, resulting in the lose of our brother. That's who caused it, that and a judicial system that lets out a skel, who 6 months prior to being rubber stamped through the system and let out on the street, had numerous "infractions" assault on CO's, fellow inmates AND multiple drug infractions.

Sorry for your family's loss Jim. This contrasts the quality of your family vs. those sheeple that want the gubment to do something for them!

If you remove the assumption that those in power actually care, then you can see things as they are...

Sorry for your loss, Jim. I agree, I'm sure there are a lot of other people out there who have lost people due to guns, who aren't pushing for stricter gun laws. Sadly, it is the stories that get the largest media attention that end up making the biggest impact on how people think.

I would doubt any persons ability to do there job if they think banning guns is the answer to murders. I would double my efforts to remove them from office if they were in government. Was there a call to ban cars when Lindsey Lowhan hit someone with her car while under the influence of drugs and alcohol? Its ridiculous. And its the same with guns.
Sorry for your loss. I know reason isn't going to bring him back but I thank you for keeping your heads and not putting anyone elses family in danger with irrational demands. Its not fair though.

That's because they get it. They're not sheep. They can think for themselves and are capable of original thought. There's bad in the world and sometimes it falls squarely on the best of society, i.e., your brother, those kids in CT, etc.

Whats wrong with this picture?

Not a damn thing Jim.

F*ck the perp that caused all this grief and RIP to your brother who I know deserved much, much better.
