I remember the same thing happened when the Brady bill was lifted and when the Obamanation was elected for the first time. Only going to get worse![Bang]
It is scary out there boys. Have been running around town stopping at different places to see the carnage... I was able to grab 1 glock 19 mag after looking at 6 different stops.

This is the first time that I've really paid attention during a panic buy and it's definitely impressive.

My buddy works security at the Thornton Sportsmans, I'll ask if I can post any video of the mayhem.

I felt like dickweed taking pictures!!
I thought about the video, but opted out! Dudes were looking at me with the "Click" of the camera.
I gotta say though, it was pretty intense seeing the mayhem!
This is getting so stupid
Reminds me of the bread and toilet paper runs before the first snow flake hits the pavement.
Life goes on.
Be safe.
I'm waiting for my stuff to double in value before I sell it all. [Awesom]

Now if we could just get all the people buying to write letters to their representatives.

Glad I bought up on mags friday at lunch. Bad part is, I'm still AR upper poor, and with moving, it wasn't in the budget. Nothing else, I'll sell my lowers for a nice profit later, but I'd rather have a pair of working ARs

I love pmags as much as the next guy, but those of you that find themseleves feeling a little under prepared and need more mags, don't forget good ol' metal ones. Many still have those in stock online...

Firing Line has been insane- but we still have plenty of Glock 19 mags!! ARs are almost gone, Glocks almost gone, S+W wheelguns almost gone, ammo is dwindling, it's not good.
Every one of these retailers needs to include with every purchase, a form letter the customer can complete and sign, along with a choice of stamped envelopes addressed to their representatives.

I don't think it would matter. They see what's happening. They know guns are flying off the shelves. Funny certain special interest groups get their way. I'm sorta in shock. They only hope I get is they get all jammed up arguing about who's gun ban is gonna be best.

Shoved down his throat, or keyster which ever way he wants it. It is a choice after all.
That mean i'm off the hook on the ammo?

Glad I am pretty well stocked up after buying a fair amount of ammo online this summer on various sales. I even have a new revolver on the way...of course it was made in 1913 :)

In spite of the panic on ARs, mags, and ammo, Both Ruger and S&W stock down sharply since Friday - > 10%. The ironic thing is their sales are/will spike and probably will have their biggest quarters in history.
Not quite sure where the shortage will end, but my sense is folks are going to buy whenever they see it available somewhere. I expect fairly long-term shortage if bans and new laws getting kicked around for awhile.
