Being prepared firearm wise for many a year i did the unthinkable today. I did not 1 but 2 Panic Buys[Bang]. Numero uno is a hard to locate Mossberg MVP really wanted the 18.5" bbl but had to settle for the 20" unit. short action, adj trigger AND it utilizes the dreaded AR15 HIGH CAPACITY CLIPS[ROFL2]

Then while grabbing 2-3 carbine buffers I (OH NO) purchased 2 AR complete lower receivers. I did the 4473 @ 1. Went back 45-60 minutes later to grab some more small parts i didn't have the cash with me............The 20-30 complete lowers they had were GONE!

What i find disgusting about this whole mess is...............Our elected officials are about to gut the Constitution in the name of safety:(
How long until those who said the time has come, will be howling when the 1st is gutted.
DOES ANYONE REALIZE WHAT'S ABOUT TO HAPPEN? Primarily to gun owners, but also to America as a whole. Myself i'm afraid not.

I drove by 5280 armory today and there was a line ~30 people long just waiting to get in. It was nuts.

Not at all. $540 OTD, even though average MSRP is $489ish. I called around to our industry partners incl usmc2111 (what ever) mike's user name is. He tried and nothing in stock.
2nd amendment arms in loveland had one i called about tuesday. Ed? the owner was nice enough to set it aside,. never made it wed so after this morning's sunny am ride, filled out the 4473.
Mossy showed an 18.5 threaded one on GA or GB. BUT SURPRISE! OOS, what's with that?

I've been wondering the same thing. I've been trying to find a Remington 700 SPS AAC and nobody seems to have one, even the distributors. I understand the big AR and AK craze right now... but bolt guns?

Get a custom barrel from Llija or Kreiger or Rock and have it cut and threaded with a thread cap. Thats what's impacting those, the threaded barrel.

I have the guns I need. I went to get some 5.56 and there was nothing but target and hunting ammo. Decent price on .45 ACP so I picked up some extra. I'm OK for now but I would like some more surplus .30-06, just to have a little extra ya know.
