A kid smokes dope (Everyone forget DARE?) yet, A constitutional Right is being shit canned



In response to Colorado's legalization of marijuana, a private high school in Colorado Springs is adopting mandatory drug testing (http://www.gazette.com/articles/mary-148440-testing-adopts.html) for its students. Should more schools do the same?

what they do outside the damn school is none of the schools business. Schools are not the guardians of children.

Without a doubt, It is not a school issue. However i find it ironic the same (supposed) voters feel a RIGHT should be taken away, yet a gray area of law is no problem. Oh well We get the government we deserve:(
