Not much to read in the terribly written article, but Obama is heading to Hawaii AGAIN (this trip is estimated to cost more than $4M taxpayer dollars). Sure the guy probably needs to escape from all the garbage going on right now, but he is essentially going to be "out of sight, out of blame" for anything that happens next week.

Quality leadership right there. [pileoshit]

I'm sure the guy could use a vacation, but this is ridiculous. How many families are working 2+ jobs right now just to make ends meet? How many people wish they even had a job? The impression this gives off makes me sick.

they have these things called phones. if anything important happens I'm sure someone will let him know. If there is a new offer, I'd bet Boehner has Obamas cell.

I still remember not long ago one of the Republican clowns in the Senate cut a deal with Reed and Reed put up that clowns bill,.... that clown then proceeded to filibuster his own bill. Why? Because that is how dysfunctional the Senate is.

The bottom line is that Obama refuses to offer the spending cuts that he agreed to a year and a half ago. In fact, he hasn't made a substantive proposal since the one where Obama actually demanded an increase in spending.

fuck it, lets send him on vacation for the next 4. I would rather pay that then let him speak his mind and try to do anything.
