Do you know if there is any legal authority to do this?

I expect Morgan is a green-card holder in the US legally. Absent a legal basis for deportation, this sort of effort - while a terrific concept - is also a siphon for time better spent elsewhere.

Its more a symbolic gesture than anything else.

I question the legality of his visa due to the heather mills crimes. He was canned from the mirror and fled to avoid prosecution to the US in disgrace. Being the angry little man he is, he has been warring the US with misinformation.

Unless there are actual criminal charges filed against him he can't be extradited. Unless he actually commits a crime here he can't be deported.

Unfortunately, at the time of this post being a short sighted idiot is still not a felony. Then again I think if you aren't a naturalized citizen you can piss off on commenting on our policies and laws.
