Wow, regardless of circumstance there is no excuse for this type of activity on a roadside. (especially to search for marijuana) I can only imagine If I had pulled some crap like that as a LEO, I would have been summarily canned with extreme prejudice (and rightfully so).

There was no reasonable cause for them to even frisk the driver and passenger, let alone stick hands in pockets, and definitely no call to put her hand down their pants.
