Decent meeting restaurant off I25, south side of Denver?

Anyone know.
Need to meet someone from the springs and like to have a nice lunch, easy to get to, etc. Maybe not in the city of Denver itself (if you know what I mean)

I just haven't been down there enough lately to do it.
just regular food I suppose.

There's a Red Robin right off the NW corner of I-25 and Arapahoe Rd. It's nice and close to the highway. There's lots of stuff right in that area... west and east on Arapahoe Rd.

Also lots of stuff off Colorado Blvd and I-25... but that's Denver.

there's also quite a bit off of county line near park meadows mall (rock bottom, champs, california pizza kitchen, p.f. changs, cheescake factory, etc.) or cool river is on belleview, just east of 25 - and they've got a cigar room that still allows cigars... [HiFive]

Right around I-25 and between C-470 and Arapahoe there's also Macaroni Grill (on Arapahoe), Maggianos, Red Lobster, and the big steak place whose name escapes me at the moment. Plus PF Changs and a number of other restaurants surrounding the Park Meadows mall at C-470 and I-25.
