They think they deserve to carry or have an expensive executive protective details, and other average citizens are okay to get F'ed by criminals.

Just look at N and W of Los Angeles. They can double park their car in the middle of street (literally) to get valet parking for them to goto a club. Traffics are backed up.....
They think they are special.
Just look at the Actor/Actresses who goes to court for DUI, violent crime, shop lifting, etc....
