I know this has been posted elsewhere in the past, but the legislative body and the people who support their position don't have any idea what a "Massacre" really is.
I think that every legislator we have in Washington D.C. needs to take a walk through the Holocaust museum and get an understanding of what they are really doing. Millions of dead are just a number on paper without the visual of what it truly means. History is written by the victor, studied by the scholars, and ignored by the masses.
