So I just had to order a guy and his off-leash pit-bull out of my back yard. The two no trespassing signs he walked past apparently aren't enough. His dog was getting it's ass handed to it by mine in the yard and I convinced him to pick up his dog and leave when I drew and ordered him out.

I have similar issues, mostly during the warmer months and usually when I'm deployed and the wife's home. People seem to have a hard time understanding that 5 strands of barbed wire indicate private property, and we've had several folks just wandering around our property, sometimes with our dogs about to go berserk barking at them. Fortunately, the worst we've had to do so far is start calling the sheriff and at that point they've left. However, I'll be getting her a G19 of her own so she doesn't have to carry the double barrel 20 to go check out disturbances outside. And I added some private property no trespassing signs before I left this time.

I'm sorry but I literally lol'd when you said you delivered pizza there... Is delivering pizza a dangerous job? Not trying to say it is or isn't I just think when I order pizza it's a simple transaction. Give me the pizza I sign the receipt and give you your tip then you GTFO my property so I can go eat my pizza at a horrendous rate.

EDIT: I also just thought of all the abuse a pizza driver could be subjected to. You've gotta deliver the "Sausage pies" and well women can be aggressive at times... Although the thought of me being in your shoes and a woman asking if I'm delivering a sausage pie does nothing but make me smile...
