Ok, so most people hate the big bussiness names. Ferrari is no exception. However I found this little story this morning and had to smile a bit. Not many companies would even consider doing something like this for the public, even less, would do it for free, even fewer would do it again and again. Good job Ferrari, I'm a fan. Ferrari does a childrens Christmas event every year, it is mainly for their 1200 plus employees with families, but it is open to the public. They go all out and turn their main facility into a "christmas wonderland" with no expense spared. Small story here: http://www.autoblog.com/2012/12/23/this-is-the-amazing-christmas-wonderland-ferrari-builds-for-kids/?icid=maing-grid7%7Cmaing10%7Cdl27%7Csec1_lnk2%26pLid%3D249561

"Ok, so most people hate the big bussiness names."

Really? Corporations are the sum of the employees and stakeholders, most of those people are good people and most corporation are good neighbors. The one I choose to work for matches $ for $ all my charitable giving plus does much as a corp as well, I think 50K into the Rock Mountain Food Bank just this year. Good for Ferrari but they are not alone.

I worked for a large corp here in the metro area that did a similar thing. How many family members, how many kids, what age and gender, then they put on a big holiday bash with nice toys for the kids etc. They even put on a entire Indoor Circus one year, animals, tent and all. Even gave away helicopter rides to a lucky few winners. Ah, the good ole days. (1995-2000)
