10X or 12X, illuminated reticle, target turrets, <$400

It's hard to search for scopes when you have very specific criteria. I'm looking for 10X or 12X fixed power, illuminated reticle, target turrets, mil/mil or moa/moa in the $400 and under range.

The Super Sniper 10X is perfect except no illumination.

I've been hunting and the only thing I can find is a Millett.

Anyone else know of something off the top of your head?

I don't want to ruffle feathers, but I think your choices will open up quite a bit if you can put more money towards the purchase. $800 and you get into Sightron SIIIs and Vortex PSTs. I know I'm the only goofy bastard around here that seems to like the SIIIs. But hey, I pulled off a 310 at the Pueblo dog match with a 3.5-10x SIII on a PSS on my second match with one. Definitely wasn't the scopes fault the score wasn't higher. I have four of them.
