I still wonder how much crime these "buybacks" create.

I can't think of anything me or my immediate family even owned that was worth less than $200 when it came to firearms. My brother's old lever action stevens .22 is worth more than that as a wall piece let alone a functioning rifle.

If there is an Automatic weapon out there it came for Mexico.
We've got to think of a new term for "buyback". It's flat wrong.
"Taxpayer-funded voluntary confiscation" doesn't really roll off the tongue, but it's more accurate. Any ideas?

Here you go... "Confiscation Under New Title"
I am unlucky enough to be in L.A. today. Wonder if I can go buy some guns from the people waiting in line.

Then YES, but you will only be able to get long guns and they will have to be run through a FFL dealer.
They will have a huge homie-G turn out at LA Memorial Sports Arena.
That place is total ghetto south central, next to USC. LOL
CA is a pit. No amount of Eastern Sierra/Yosemite/JT/Etc can redeem what that state has become.

IN LA?? if you have cash they don't care, remember you may be a little lighter skinned then the sellers. . More then likely the majority probably some "History" on them.
