Is this a good kit? What would be a good side folder kit?

Realy not too bad of a kit.Just to buy all the parts seperate would probably cost a bit more.
You would have to source a barrel.Last I saw before the great panic they were in the $80 range.

It wouldn't be too hard to turn it into a sidefolder.The rear trunnion on the sidefolder and fixed stock are the same rivit pattern.so if you wanted you could build it as a fixed stock and when you get up enough coin convert it to sidefolder-although you do have to make the cut outs for the sidefolder stock,and make the hole in the front of the reciever and trunnion for the stock latch pin and hook.

Lemme know when you get ready to get one or get to do it.I have a sidefolder kit with the holes allready so we can go off that.
