Need help with my first complete build!

I have all the components and am starting assembly. The lower is no problem, but I don't have some of the tools/equipment to properly put the upper together. Specifically, the clamp you need to put the reciever in a vice, headspace guages, and anything else I might not even be aware of. So basically I'm asking for someone with experience installing barrels and with all the necessary equipment to volunteer to walk me through the process with his/her equipment. I don't expect I'll build another and don't have the cash to buy the stuff I still need, so, even though I know its a lot to ask, can someone help? I don't want to muddle through it and end up blowing my hands off!!!
