Transferring cc permit

I just moved from Adams county to Weld and I need to transfer my ccp.
Obviously I need to go to the sheriffs dept. But their website doesn't say anything about transferring (at least from what ive seen) just new or renewals. Has anyone else had to do this? I'm guessing I just go in there to show I'm a resident of the county with my ccp, drivers liscence, and utility bill and go about it like its a renewal.

For those that do not know, you don't "transfer" your permit. You update your address with the issuing sheriff.
