After reading the rules, i didnt readily find a thread for pistols, so ill start it off. I picked this up the other day and took it out that night. It shoots remarkably well, although its expensive to feed it. In the first 24 hours i bought 5 boxes of 50 totalling around 110 with the most expensive box being about $40 (Silvertip HP)

So overall, did you like it? My brother has one and it's a piece of garbage.

I don't have any good pistol pictures but here's some from the net....

So far i like it. Its a simple pistol, doesnt have any sharp edges, its fun to shoot, and i like the accessories available.

Its not my USP, but its very concealable, feels comfortable in my hand, and its accurate enough for what i need it for.

Why do you say it's garbage without giving reason?

+1 I love my Keltec I carry it more and more just because it is so easy to conceal. Never had a problem with mine so far. I have the P3AT .380 in two tone.

After fondling my p32 for the last day or so, my buddy decided he wanted a P3AT as well! lol

On a related note im on my way down to Huntsville to pick up my new dual sport bike, and my buddy runs a gun shop down there, said if he has one of those clips laying around, its mine. :thumbup

Sorry about that. I couldn't remember what problems he was having, I just remember him complaining about it. I called him to get the details and it was having issues ejecting so he sent it in for service twice. The first time they didn't fix it, the second time they rebuilt it. It sounds like it's working just fine now. So I guess I retract my statement about it being garbage.

He doesn't really like it because it's hard to hold onto being so small. I'm going to borrow it from him this weekend so I'll let you know what I think about it first hand.

I'm glad you like it, it does seem like a great piece if you want to carry something extra small.

i had a problem with it ejecting too..... after a short google search i found that its caused by "weak wristed shooting", and it only happened one time, so i guess that one trigger pull was extra gay... LMAO... In other words, the wrist kicked back during recoil and cushioned the recoil so much, it subtracted from the energy needed to properly blow the slide back. Not saying that was his problem, but it was mine.

I don't own one, I just found those on the net. Since this is a pictures thread, I thought I would try to contribute something. I shot one (.40) last weekend and love it. An M&P for my lady is next up on "the list" but I'll probably get her a 9mm. Everyone that has one that I've talked to loves theirs. I'd say you won't be disappointed.

For the Keltec that was a side topic above, I shot one and don't like it. I felt like it was going to come out of my hand every time and it feels like the grip is made of knives.

Yeah its the 9mm, but I am sure they make the clip for the .380 and others.

It comes in very handy, super concealable. little bit of a pain if it isn't positioned properly when sitting down, but you get used to it!

Keltec makes a clip for the 32, which is the one i have, unfortunately i hate the fit and finish of it, as it cradles the rear and doglegs out as the clip gets longer, unlike yours that folds on the outside of itself. I have the pin above the front of the guard, but i dont have one where the rear one needs to be, so unless u drilled that out, it wouldnt work. is that a Keltec clip or did yo-u get it aftermarket?

I had my dealer do it. The part comes direct from kel-tec. It doesn't looked drilled out to me. I think they are the stock holes.

Only problem I have had with it is the screws coming a bit loose. But I just put some loctite on them and things are good to go now!

Why no threaded barrel on the OD?

All walthers come with a threaded barrel it just does not extend past the slide. The thread is also not a standard 1/2x28 that is why you must use a thread adapter.

Here is a pic of my walther next to a trap I set to kill a skunk in my backyard last summer.

Oh, daddy like! Tell us about that one.

I've never seen one of those before, it looks like the second line says: "N.A. CO RIDGEFIELD, N.J." and it looks like the top line says: MODEL TU-90.

Is that correct? Is it a Navy Arms TU-90? Chinese; right?! I've researched 'em, but don't really know too much about 'em. The grips aren't the original NA grips.

Wouldn't that be a 9mm then or possibly 7.25x25mm, or even the 7.25x25mm/38 Super?

If you shoot it, watch for it double bumping and possibly even going to "full auto" as there are reports of them doing.

I really like the look of that gun though!

Dr_Fwd

That is a TT33 (Tokarev) clone in 7.62x25 I also have a 9mm conversion bbl for it, but the 7.62 is much more fun to shoot and the price for that ammo is twice as cheap as 9mm. (I think it was $135 shipped for a 1240rds of ammo?)

NICE!!! I want one buried in cosmoline that's been packed in an armory somewhere since the wall came down.
My Mak is one of those that got the adjustable "target" sights put on it at some point. I've never adjusted them, it came zeroed, so I'd much rather have low-profile military style... But obviously not enough to shell out the money to buy another Makarov, as much as I've been tempted.

Enjoy, they are surprisingly accurate although the grips are uncomfortable in my opinion. Pearce makes/made some that I put on when I'm shooting it for extended sessions. They're bulky so I switch back when I carry.

Dammit, now I want another one :(

I absolutely love it. The 2 dot sight will take a little getting used to, but the trigger feels great to me.

The only thing I changed was the grip by adding a Hogue wrap around. Other than that Im leaving it as is.

Ya know, pristine looking carry pieces are kind of like pristine looking mountain bikes ... the wear gives them character ... the lack of wear makes them look unused (and nothing more than "Man Jewelry").

Unless you start seeing some rust forming, I'd just leave them worn.

slight wear is one thing, you dont want them to appear poorly maintained, even if they aren't.

I Say have them gone through and cleaned up.

I agree, I will have the worked over and lightly customized and then re-finished. I nice new deep blue 1911 is a beautiful pistol and fun to start the wear process on all over again.
