U.S. Optics UMQDS -- Have you used it?

Does anyone have any firsthand experience with this mount? Looks beefy, like all USO stuff, but it's a good amount of money, and I'm curious to hear actual users impressions since I can't find it locally to look at it myself before ordering.

Any insights are appreciated!

Even the new ones they just released? That's interesting. Any word on why? If I found a new old stock or excellent used item, should I steer clear?

I didn't know they released new ones. I tried to order a mount to go with my new scope a month ago, and my dealer told me they'd discontinued everything. I ended up going with Bobro and couldn't be more pleased.

I have no experience at all with USO's mounts, so I can't comment on the quality. I did, however, do a lot of research and I found the three brands already cited to be the only ones mentioned consistently and with positive comments. I don't recall even one person reporting on a USO mount.

OK. Just scored one for a deal, so ir looks like I'm going to be the guinea pig. I'll let everyone know how it turns out and will post pictures.

Just mounted my USO ER-25 in one, needed it so I could use all 103moa of my elevation travel. It IS beefy, no complaints so far. Can post pics too, if somebody can tell a newbie to posting pics the easiest way to do so.
