so whats the groupthink on club 64?
Makes me think of the conversations about speakeasy's from times gone by.

Not my lane.

If it's your's I really don't care, any more than I care if you have a beer with dinner or after to relax.

I personally want nothing to do with it, but equate my feelings towards it to essentially what libs seem to feel toward firearms. If folks are responsible, law-abiding, and positive additions to society, then let them do what they want. If they're not, then they should expect well defined and well enforced, penalties congruent to their actions.

I have to vent a little here... I'm guessing some of you here know pot heads- lord knows I sure do... I am so sick and tired of people constantly talking about pot, like it's the only thing that matters in their lives. I have some friends who flood FB (yes, I know, FB sucks) with all this Pro-Pot crap. It's kind of annoying, I've unsubscribed from about 15 people already just so I don't see that shit.

As I'm sure some have done from you, if you post pro-gun stuff on FB too...

Pot puffing and pickle puffing are two things that should only be done out of public sight! Pot is still not legal at the federal level and i hope it never is, so anyone caught should be paying very high fines. I see shit bags hitting the pjpe all the time while driving.

Don't care either way. I know plenty of fully functional adults with high incomes that smoke regularly. I also know some people who contribute significantly less to society. IMHO pot being legalized isn't changing anything and having a "pot club" isn't changing anything either.

^^ This^^

I've done my share of smoking back in the day, but I choose not to anymore for the same reasons that I've drastically reduced my drinking. Makes me feel stupid, kills my sleep cycles, makes for a lousy example to my kids, and I abhor anything that makes me ok with wasting an entire day. That said, I support people's rights to make their own choices, good or bad, so long as said choices are not adversely affecting others. I think both sides of the spectrum have made way too big a deal out of pot. Those in favor of it make it sound like the fount of all life, and those against demonize it to an extreme. It's just a drug - like caffeine and alcohol. There are good and bad properties to it, and it should come down to each person's personal choice.

I'm with this line of thinking. However, I tell people that if they get behind the wheel after smoking then I hold them in the same regard as drunks who get behind the wheel.
