View Full Version : Colo Spgs Gunshow - 5/6 Jan 2013
Anyone planning on attending the Colo Spgs gunshow this weekend at the Freedom Financial Expo Center? I've got a couple of NIB AR's I'm looking to sell. I'm curious to see what kind of offers I'll get for them.
I usualy like going, but not this time around since the frantic panic.
I'd rather ride on the F train during rush hour....
Didn't know there was one. Is it put on by the same people as the Douglas Co one two weeks ago?
What make/model AR's? Any idea what you're looking to get for them?

I'm going to try to go Saturday morning.
Hoping to pick up some ammo. Don't need much, but I'm not willing to pay excessive prices, so I may come home empty-handed.
I will be there, I need some small stuff, but I am with wreave if its over priced they can keep it.
already 200 people in line.
One of my colleagues was there and he said it was "pandemonium". Twice as many people as he'd ever seen at a gun show.
I asked him to let me know if he found any .223/5.56 for $0.50/round or less - no dice.

Grizzly was there & the only one I saw that had PMAG's, didn't take notice if he had AK mags, will look if I go back tomorrow.

Might be why they're still available. Just seems to me if I had them marked up 300% and they're not moving, I'd be thinking about dropping the price a few hundred & not have all my $$$$ locked up in inventory. Gotta move 'em to make a profit.

Brian is set up in the back corner of the RK show.
He has a selection of magazines, to include 30 round steel AK magazines.
I have Romanian issue 75rd Ak drums with covers at my tables.
I am set up next to Wildfire Mercantile, easy to spot due to the crowd doing background checks at their tables!

Pretty empty today, no lines and lots of parking.

Probably people have heard what a joke the prices are.

Some serious price gougers. Learned a couple of places to avoid.
