Shortening shotgun barrel

I have a barrel I want cut down and refitted to allow the use of chokes when it's done. Any suggestions on local gunsmiths who can do it quick and of course right.. I did this once before with great results..

I would love to say:[pick-me]
But I do not have the reamers and taps for shotty chokes. At 300.00+ for a set plus the wide variety needed the cost is prohibitive for something I may do 3-4 times a year.
Corsons barrels.com is out of Arizona and shotty barrels is all they do.
Not sure of anybody local.
