Firearm sales resume Tuesday. Prices should be good for a laugh though.

Me too. They are a really good example of how not to run a business.

Thanks, I didn't see that, but I had to look from my phone.
I am not in the market to buy anything and am not sure I would from CTD, but really haven't decided where I stand with them yet
$400 for 300 rounds of federal XM855, can't wait to see their gun prices.
The sad thing is you guys think this hurt their bottom line. Sure they're taking advantage but it's no more than people have done on THIS VERY SITE. Quit paying the prices and the $$$ won't be made. AS THE GOUGERS SAY HERE.. Don't like the price.. MOVE ON.
That being said.. gold is trading at 1 oz/pmag. Can I go into one of those Cash 4 Gold places w/ a few Pmags and get some $$$? Lol
At the rate businesses are dropping off my "buy list" I am going to have to start making my clothes and getting my entertainment from hand shadows......AT&T, Apple, Microsoft, Dicks, CTD, Levis, Costco, Hollywood, plus a whole crap load of other lame companies that I would never frequent to begin with.
Obviously I cannot avoid them all but I sure as hell try.

Piss on Dicks and all the others. Ferrum is right, its going to get harder and harder to shop these days as my list of businesses who i will no longer give my money to grows.
Thanks for posting this. I've just been waiting for them to email me. Checked and had the same email, so I unsubscribed. [Beer]

Costco use to have a no gun , no ccw, around 2008.
They got rid of that sign. Costco made it right afterward.

Don't like capitalism, move to a socialist state where daddy sets prices so the mean ol' businessman doesn't offend you.

AGREED! [Awesom]
Meh, the people I've interacted with at CTD are doouchebags anyway. I decided a long time ago I didn't want anymore of their shit when I dealt with the assholes at the counter. The current ridiculous prices they have just helped reinforce that thought.

Just out of curiosity, if the price they were selling an item that you really wanted was perfect or better would people purchase from them?

I would spend more with someone who is (in my opinion) a good vendor/company/person than deal with a company that doesn't act like they want my business. Same reason that many folks wont buy from PSA.

Guess my Troy rail at $70 of retail and super fast shipping was a bad idea (bought 12/29 delivered 1/4). Then again my discounted Botach order showed up too. Maybe I am just lucky?
I'm curious too
Has to do with their political donations. I tend to avoid business who give large donations to my opposing views.

I work for a HUGE MEGA CORP. And a buddy sent a link to who the donated. Guess what? The gave to both ass hats. Quite a bit more to Barry. No company is perfect, but as someone who loves Costco and has friends that work there, they are about as good as it gets. They pay a livable wage. People love working there. The old CEO was not overpaid. The new guy might change things. Until I see otherwise I'm gonna keep shopping there. Keep in mind they are "Left Coast" based. CTD sucks pass it along.

Agree. As I'm sure you're aware, in a capitalist state the consumer chooses where to spend their hard earned dollars. I think capitalism is working as designed. Not offended in the least....just choosing to walk on by.

100% on board with that. No way I'm buying at those prices.
