So, I have posted in several of the local CL's for used rifle brass. I included several disclaimers that it is not for ammo, or anything not allowed on Craigs.

Of course, the Boulder posting has been flagged and removed. Several times. Foco and Denver are OK with it, but not Boulder.

Now it is a challenge. How fast can I repost after flagging? My current record is my most recent 25 min, but I am perpetually bored at work, so I expect that to improve.

Please don't take this as a challenge.

Craigs is a huge barely moderated pain in the ass. They need to take it to the next level because currently it's such a clusterfuck of flagging by idiots just because they feel like it. They make millions of $$$, they need to hire a team of moderators for Christ's sake, it's a CHEAP, SIMPLE SOLUTION but the owner(s) are too greedy and don't give a shit!

(sorry, no help here)

Yeah, just to buy. Figure there are a lot of casual shooters that aren't involved in shooting communities that may or may not know what to do with their brass.

Agreed. Also, really just wanted to share, I know that CL is a giant cluster, but it is also a colossally popular one.

The flagging system on Craigslist is broken.

Actually, so far as I can tell, pretty much any community-moderated system that operates off flagging (including Twitter) is broken. A vocal minority can completely shut down something they don't like, for whatever reason they don't like. Majority rule is mob rule.

Truth.

Also, I apparently spoke too soon, as the Foco and Denver posts just got flagged (and reposted). Someone needs a life.
It wasn't one of you all, was it?

Yeah, I agree, and understand the necessary subtlety generally afforded to the fine upstanding individuals of CL, however, the last few times I have tried this, while my postings have stayed up for their full term, I have only received emails asking what the heck I was talking about (~30) and zero responses with what I was looking for.

This time around, I have probably spent 15 minutes in the last 4 days posting and reposting, but I have gotten at least 5 emails with people willing to sell their stuff, and no emails asking WTF I was tal

This.

I never post in the boulder craigslist... In fact I go out of my way to NOT have to deal with people from Boulder... Damn subaru driving hippies.

Slightly off topic - but last week there was a guy on there trying to sell 5.56 brass in lots of 100 for $45.00 each. Just the brass mind you. I emailed him and asked if it was a typo and his response was quite funny.
