Need Rings and Bases

I'm helping a friend get set up for hunting. He's just purchased a Remington 700, blued and needs to get bases and rings now. Who's got the best prices and selection in town these days. I'm thinking Leupold QR but we're open to suggestions. It's been about 15 years since I had to buy rings myself so I'm a little out of touch.

Last time I bought rings I just got them from sportsmans wharehouse. These were for my suppressed AR I use for varmits I don't even remember what brand they are.

I was just there today. They didn't have the QR style but the typical Leupold bases were $38 and the rings were $20, or maybe it was the reverse.

The BATFE just cashed my check this week so I'm counting down to picking up my Omega from Alan. We'll stop by and say howdy.

leupold is good stuff.

I use it on my .223 700 VSF

I use IOR on my .308 700 PSS

i have a set of burris signature Z-ring rings. no base only the rings and inserts. took them off my LTR drop me a pm if interested
