My buddy thinks that the reason I got searched at the ft carson gate is because I'm on deployed and now I'm on a watch list. I think I was just the random guy, so here's the challenge:
I would like a good safe and legal prank to play on him. Go...
Safe AND legal? You just take all the fun out of life.

Years ago a long haired hippy looking friend asked me to pick him up at the airport. So me and my buddy dressed in black suits, put on dark sunglasses, and put in ear piece walkie talkies, grabbed handcuffs, and met him when he got off the plane. With an arrest in full view of everyone. He played along great, we escorted him out of the airport.
Somehow I doubt you could do the same thing now.
Don't want end up on a list for real!
You know... Lots of people go out of their way to get on "The List" for tons of things... You should want to be on the list.

I'll be more clear: I don't want to get arrested.
Oh. Well that's easy.
STEP 1 - Find out which group he thinks put you on the watch list.
STEP 2 - Move his personal stuff around. Not a lot. But enough that he thinks someone is investigating him.
STEP 3 - Leave random business cards in places you know he will be IE Desk, Car, Door at house. Be vague with the cards... Saying something like "We need to talk" "Don't ignore us" "Call" the more vague the better.
STEP 4 - Start calling him from blocked numbers and hang up after he answers.
By now... He's likely freaking the fuck out. Won't contact any form of law enforcement because he's sure they're in on it.
STEP 5 - Find out when he's going to be walking alone be it to his car or whatever, you just don't want a lot of people around. Grab a black bag and some guys. Abduct him and say DRIVE DRIVE DRIVE! and well... You can draw it out from there... But he's probably going to hate your guts if you do.
Walk through his back yard in a tyvek suit and a gas mask at random times of the day for a week or so.
Use a service that allows you to spoof your caller ID. Follow him in to work in the morning. When he is getting close to the checkpoint, i.e. just barely in line but definitely still in line, call him and spoof (301) 688-6524. Say, "Get out of line. Go in another gate. Don't ask questions. Turn around NOW," and hang up.

I just changed my wireless network to 'surveillance #45'. This should be funny the next time he comes over.
