Good point. Violent crime is down by over half in the past 20 years....but nobody is taking credit for it.

saw a study linking the decline of violent crime to the end of leaded gasoline. is a correlation but that isn't a cause :)

Chicago is making the excuse that last year they had increased violence due to the unusually warm temperatures so early in the year. Maybe they can link it to "global warming".

well the gangers don't like running around in the cold any more than the rest of us ya know

I'm not so sure criminals killing criminals should be classified as crime though. Just saving us the expense of prison. :)
