I laughed so hard at this interview. He did exactly what is needed. Get in the face of these globalists. He completely shut that idiot up.

I don't know if you saw part 2 of the interview but at the end Alex starts mocking Piers with a fake english accent. My oldest boy told me to shut up cause I was laughing so hard!

You're going to catch a lot more bees with honey than you will vinegar. Alex Jones was just put in front of a very sensitive audience and he had the opportunity to use facts in a way that made sense. Instead he chose to go off the handle and come off as an irrational, and angry man who believes the government is out to destroy the entire world as we know it, therefore we must all cling to our firearms to save us and protect our paranoid state.
Alex Jones just spit vinegar at several million bees and there will be months and months worth of video highlights that will ensure everyone in America is well aware of what kind of people support the 2A in this country thanks to Alex Jones. We might want to start a petition asking to deport Alex Jones.
I just watched the whole thing. He told it how it is. Fact is violent crime in GB is 3x that of violent crime in the US. Granted they don't use guns... But yeah. He probably could have relayed the information in a more "civilized" way... But that wouldn't have got the point across like he did.
I think he just awakened the "wishy washy" gun owners. He also is gonna get A LOT of publicity from this. He's currently on the top of Drudge and The Blaze and I'm sure more will come.

I think Alex Jones borders on crazy, but he isn't stupid. His goal wasn't to walk into a studio, where the cards are stacked against him, and play nice. He sees Morgan's show for what it is, a circus operating under the guise of civilized discussion.

I watched that last night- granted I don't like either of them, but I hate Jones a little less than Piers. Jones was a dick, Piers I knew was going to nit pick and use that tired argument "How many shooting deaths in the U.K.?" BS. However, Piers did attack his credibility by asking about 9/11... which Jones is a freakin moron about. I refer to the part where he said FDNY said to blow building 7. EEEERT! Wrong, they said "pull it" meaning "pull the operation."
Simply put: If you believe in a First Amendment without restrictions, you MUST believe in a Second Amendment without restrictions. Piers Morgan can take his socialist, elitist, snobby, holier-than-thou attitude and go back to the UK, where he doesn't have to worry about the rights of American citizens. AJ may not be the best face we have to put forward, but SOMEONE had to put that pompous asshole in his place.
I will say he did lose control, but piers knew exactly what buttons to push.
They both got annoying, but when he screamed "1776" it made my hair stand up. I loved it.

He completely owned Morgan every time he called out what Morgan was trying to do. AJ may be a whack job but I don't disagree with him in this video.
My take on the interview:
* I have a VERY strong bias against Piers Morgan that influences my perspective. His normal viewers obviously do not hold such a low opinion of him, so their bias is either favorable or balanced - unfortunately.
* Because I am vested in this issues, I listened intently to everything AJ said - even the 9/11 conspiracy bit that I do not believe. If others listened objectively to his gun control arguments - which occasionally came across as rantings - then I feel it was a victory - HOWEVER . . .
* I seriously doubt that the vast majority of viewers get beyond the first few minutes, if that, before tuning out. If not literally, then figuratively. And that is the problem. His mode of delivery blunted his otherwise worthwhile and important message. He did himself, and us, no favors in rising to the bait Morgan threw out there about the 9/11 conspiracy theory stuff. The issue at the moment is gun control and AJ needed to remain laser-focused on THAT issue and no other.
Just my take - FWIW.
