I can think of very few things that I wouldn't do for good bacon... 3 hours for battered fried and chocolate coated bacon... WHERE DO I GO!?!?!?!?!

Also I just made 10 strips of double thick double smoked bacon from kroger and 10 strips of costco bacon... My dog ate half after he managed to jump 4 feet into the air to get on the island I was storing it on... EVERYONE loves bacon.

My buddy sells his bacon to Tonys Meats. It's called Tender Belly. Expensive but delicious. Other than Tonys, it's only sold to restaurants.
