If you dont find anything local check out Silvertowne. They offer good prices and free shipping on there 1oz rounds and bars and also there 5oz and 10oz bars. Best deal you are going to find on the interwebs. Also check out QSB(Quality Silver Bullion) fair prices but no free shipping.
