I have one on my ar 9mm sbr. It seems to work okay but I put it on more for the look but I think the funnel shape helps to direct some blast away. Careful though, the end of that thing will freaking bite you and it is a bit rough on the soft gun cases.

Yeah it does look like it would scar the shit outta you or a buddy (and the foam inside your hardcase), if you're not extra careful. But definitely cool looking. "Gonna get medieval on some ass!..."

The whole gun.

It is an SBR'd Rock River 9mm with a 7" barrel magpuled out. The flash washes it out a bit.
