The owner just cancelled all his orders with the State of NY. [Beer]

Good on him! We need more people to do business like this!

I wonder how many orders he really could have had?

I sell around 10 items a month to NY on eslay, I am also discontinueing sales to them, I would not want to contribute to their retardation problem you know. California is on the no sale list as well and hell the way its going CO might be next.

Hmm, looks like I will have to toss some business their way. Map reading and rigging manuals look pretty interesting

Tim (Owner) is a buddy of mine and good people. Helped me over the phone with wiring my lift and air compressor.

A lot of companies and eBayers refuse to ship pocket knives to NY, because they don't want to risk prosecution for importing or selling "gravity knives" . . . ie: any locking folder that can be forcibly snapped open via force of inertia by: loosening a pivot, depressing the lock button, or grasping the blade and snapping out the handle. Forget about "assisted opening" as those are considered switchblades there. AG was making noises about lawsuits and extradition for criminal prosecution for mailing such knives to NY. That was nearly 2 years ago and I don't think anyone was charged, but still, they have made their position clear. Just because a law has not yet been enforced does not mean it never will.
