Work party(clean up party)

I would like to do a clean up at Harris park shooting place. Anyone interested? I was up there the other day and it was a mess. I clean up for 2 hrs. and filled up my truck bed. Maybe a cool sign that says please don't be a dirt bag and leave your shot up tv here. Pick up your f-ing trash or we won't be able to shoot here either. [Rant1]Maybe we could get together and have a Clean N Shoot. Could be fun. Let's hear it.

Im in on this its one of my favorite places to shoot. If we talk nice to the lady at the store she has in the past let us use her trash can. If we do this everyone needs to bring racks to get all the brass up.

I was up there two years ago with the Good Gun Foundation we hauled out over six truckloads of crap. Carl at Bailey guns let us put a bunch of stuff in his dumpster. I hauled my truck load to my shop and put that in my dumpster.

I will help be prepared 1 out of nine people that showed up to shoot offered to help. The other 8 A$$hats said we will just go shoot someplace else.[Rant1]

Are we even able to get back there right now? I went up there a couple months ago with some friends and we just got stuck in the snow and almost slid into the rravine. I might be able to get some knuckleheads together to help. I think this is a great idea.

May 2-4 is the cheyenne wells MG shoot any other date and I am in.

Did you do you Clean up party? If not lets work on setting a date and I will see if I can work with the Forest service on cover bill of dropping the trash off at Mountain View waste systems. I can also see if I can get more people off pinecam.cam to help out and maybe the Colorado school of trades rifle and handgun clubs to help out too.

Where is Harris Park located? I'm around Bailey all the time camping at Wellington Lake.

From the top of Crow Hill trun right on 43 and take it back to Harris Park Trun right in front of Fire house then next take left now you are on a forset service road
On forest service road take a right a Y and then at second Y take a left and your at the Harris Park shooting area

What happened to the Clean up Day? I worked hard to get a some one with a dump truck to come and set it up so the Forest Service would pay the fee for dumping it. What do I get for this hard work a no show from any one here at this web site. Please tell me what happened, so I can better learn from my mistakes?


PS with only two people there for the clean up we did not try to fill the dump truck, but we did take out 9 or 10 bags and there is 10 times that more or less that still needs to go.

You can call me an ass. I just blew it and needed to help my mother inlaw move. My son and I did go up early Sunday and removed four large bags of trash. All I can say is sorry.
