Nothing worse! He started about 11am yesterday. (I'm home with my kiddos on Mondays [Awesom])
My boy started a fever, he'll be 3 in March.
He looks like a little [zombie1]
One of those things dad wishes he could just take away, cause a little temp ain't nothing for me!
But for him, it's tough! Long night coming up!!!
Aaaannnnnnddddd......... he's up again!!!!
Shitty did he get the flu shot?

I figured shootersfab was older than 3. Shit that's what happens when you southern Canadians start drinking at 6 am - get old quick. Just kidding.
Seriously though, hope the little guy gets feeling better!

It is the worst thing to see our kids sick. It makes us parents feel totally helpless. I hope he gets better soon.
hmmm...my kid as well. He is a little over 1. might be from teething as this same thing happens when they are coming in, but not sure yet. especially with all the crap going around.
He did!
We have a close eye on him!!!
bet that is it. usually lasts 1-2 days then good to go. I avoid the shot, but probably best for kids the way they play and are around other kids. Hope he feels better quick

We just went through the high temps on Christmas. I have two girls 1.5 and 3.5.
Use Infants Ibuprofen 1.875cc every 6hours. If that doesn't keep the temp down cool wash rag on forehead and alternate infant Tylenol and ibuprofen every 4hours until temp breaks. My wife's a Nurse and there is a great APP for that. "Pediatric Symptom MD"

I feel your pain!. We went through this over the Christmas. I have a 4 1/2, a 2 1/2 and a 1 1/2 year old and when one gets it they all get it. It's like the plague running through the house. I had both my wife and littlest one puking at the same time. I think I washed bed sheets 10 times that week.
Hang in there!

LOTS of pedialite!
Most kids that wind up in dire situations when they get the flu, Dehydration and Fever are the 2 largest causes.
Children's tylenol-fever brand and pedialyte.
Little Byte likes the Grape and Cherry mixed. I cut it 50/50 with Water
I was up all last night with my son.He was throwing up so bad the poor guy couldn't move :(
Now he's asleep on the couch.

I mentioned over the hump.
Not outta the woods yet though! Gonna need some toothpicks for the eyelids in the morning!
Was talking with one of my tool reps today. He has some little kiddos too, just went through the same thing. Fever and a pretty bad cough. Never turned into anything serious. Must just be a weird virus going around!

Ya my 4 year old girl got the nasty flu, my son had a cough for like a month. Then i got the flu and was down a couple days, now my wife has been fighting it and now she may have strep and or pink eye! She is a preschool teacher where my daughter goes, my sons in 5th grade, and I work around sick nasty people all day so we get sick a lot. Its no fun having sick kids!
