First build, non FFL individual transfer

I'm building my first "evil black gun" and finally found a decent price on a lower from an individual. Does anyone know of a gun shop in the area that accepts Non FFL transfers? I currently have a rifle on order through AIM Surplus that's being sent to lockNLoad, do they do transfers from individuals? Thanks for the info and your time.

Yes, Mike at Lock and Load Armory does them, he will need a copy of their ID.
