That's OK - the Governor of Louisiana then was corrupt too. Just better at hiding it. Gotta uphold tradition ya know!

You ain't seen new orleans tradition till you have NOPD cops, in uniform drunk, trying to trade coke, meth and weed for a tattoo. When i told them i don't do drugs, they called over a few "women" and asked if i had an interest in 1 or all 3. That's Nawlins tradition.
