What's a good price for a 420 round can of M855?

That question cannot be answered in the current market.

I saw 220 at palmetto in stock. That is the best I have seen, scratch that it is the only that I have seen recently.

Saw it for 220 today also and didn't know how good of a price that was.

I couldnt find any other than Gunbroker. Bought the sealed 62gr can with clips for $350. It's too high, but I needed ammo to go with my new rifle.; Best I saw and you just have to be patient as most of the time the winning auctions are over $400

$167

That's what they went for at Walmart before everyone started shatting their panties.

$75

That's what I used to get it for in 2001, before inflation and panty-shitting and whatnot.

To be honest, I think I got a 420 round pack for 150, but the guy also tossed in 200 rounds for an extra 20 bucks, it was 45gr, and the twist in my barrel was too fast, so I sold it. I made a great deal off it though. Honestly, whatever you can get it for is good.

This summer you could get it for $140 to $180 depending on source.

It's now $175, if it's even in stock. I haven't seen it at the local Walmarts in months.
I paid $230 at Gander, but it's been very spotty there too.
Finding it anywhere at retail prices is a miracle. Miracles do happen, but not often...hence the name.
Brownells' website has a statement about how Lake City makes ammo is for the military first and won't release any for civilian sales until government orders are filled (and we've all heard how much the government is buying!)

When I've looked online (Gunbroker, Armslist), it's going for $350-$400
