Wonder how much coverage this is going to get. Word on the street is the guy was in his mid 70's... went to evict a tenant and the lady started stabbing him. He shot her in self defense.

Obviously he was a male chauvinist landlord, one of the 1% terrorizing the poor woman who just reacted in defense of her right to live in a decent place. The victim here was clearly the poor dear who got shot by an evil gun on top of being ejected from her home by a heartless rich guy.

The same people who knock on a door @ 11pm and or 5am to collect money, from people who are "never home". It also works if they have kids, to be on location around 3pm and or 6pm after school activities.

Someone who has probably been to the house repeatedly and gotten no answer, or found no one home. Scumbags that get evicted probably sleep in until 10am because they don't have a job (hence why they're getting evicted) :)

I'm in the process of removing some tenants. I was told "It's not fair that we only have 9 days to find a new place". Um...no, it's not fair that you've gotten to live for free. Bad tenants are very good at avoiding/manipulating people. Some times, you just gotta do what they least expect, aka show up at 6 am.
