View Full Version : Guy in Morrison making pipe bombs is busted
And a dumbass cokehead to boot.
Good, IMO drug addict nut jobs with explosives are exactly who need to be targeted, not the law abiding every day citizens with small caliber rifles!

I had the same thought. Dude is making pipe bombs and yet the only charge that is listed has to do with having an unregistered firearm. Makes ya wonder.

I'm a Christian, a loving husband, hard working computer geek, outdoor lover. But they'd find a way to twist me in to a scoundrel, I'm sure. [panic] is right.

pipe bombs. explosives. child porn, the list is endless. Most will cheer the raids on the criminal terrorists. *shrug*
Sandberg faces one count of possession of a firearm not registered with the National Firearms Registration.
maybe the pipe bombs had NFA stamps to go with them. :)
I know I know, just selective editing to further the anti agenda.
I was thinking the same thing. No NFA? What the hell is that. When were IED's considered NFA?
grenades are NFA items, destructive devces. going to assume a pipe bomb would fit that as well. I suppose the charge could be an unregistered firearm under NFA but it doesn't fit the definition of a firearm.

Two questions:
1. What is a "Special Ops Recon SS Marine" ? Is that like a bastard child between James Bond and arnold schwarzenegger? Or one of the guys from The Expendables?
2. If I were to buy a grenade. Would I have to pay a $200 tax stamp for each one?

I've heard the media and spokesmen from various law enforcement departments refer to pipe bombs as "weapons of mass destruction", I shit you not.

The Police Commissioner of Philadelphia called AR15s weapons of mass destruction during Feinstein's roll out of her piece of shit legislation yesterday. These people don't have a damn clue.

They might not be done charging him but this was an easy one.
As a cannon owner I've known people who did a few stamps to make exploding ordnance but it's expensive and a major PITA.

Wow, what a load of horse crap.

At least since the early 1990s, maybe earlier. This could also include glass bottles filled with petrol and homemade fireworks as it covers "incendiary devices" as well.
"he was shown a box with about six black pipe bombs and about 22 silver "crickets," or small destructive devices, according to the warrant."
What the hell is a "silver cricket'? A re-branded C02 cannister with powder and a fuse?
