When you consider firearms sold over the last month vs. ammo availability. As of today there are cases of ammo selling, for more that the gun it is suppose to feed.
A war of attrition is being waged by us against us. No matter how many guns are out there, nothing to feed them with us holding very pricey boat paddles.

Actually there have been 14 years. but who is counting.
3 years, 14 years...that doesn't mean anything to those of us that have purchased guns in the last six months. A war of attrition is a real concern!
My biggest regret was not spending all my money on NFA stuff back before 1986...when I was three years old. I guess I had the chance and now I can just suck it up because I missed the boat.
That's what I plan to tell my 5 year-old daughter when she is old enough to mourn for her loss.
You should spend all her money for her...
Heck My son keeps pointing stuff out with a big grin on his face saying"ooh, get that one dad!!!"
Smart little bugger!!(I usualy wind up buying it too!!)

Our daughter & man friend called asking about some ammo, from CA [ROFL3][LOL] been telling her for 10 years BUY AMMO, ALWAYS add 1 or 2 to your cart when shopping. NOW she ask and the spouse says to her HEY YOU'RE FUKED Not our problem you weren't prepared. AHH TOUGH LOVE Can't wait till we're old enough, the kid will be putting us on an ice flow, somewhere.
I'm feeling prepared, but for how long Idk. Eventually supply will run out and parts will break. Fucking Communist Libs!

Well, look at it this way... When the supply comes back, you'll be in the right frame of mind to prepare for the next shortage. Until then, maybe affix bayonets?

Ain't that the truth! Bayonets, and maybe sharpen my teeth.

Based on your username, maybe you can duct tape broken booze bottles to your hands. :)

Having to make the decision between shooting for pleasure and practice and sitting on my ammo reserves is about as tough as deciding whether or not to marry. [Coffee]

Jim get your daughter out of the God forsaken hell hole. And tell her to not bring any "Cali" friends back with here. We have enough.

How is it a "war of attrition" when the people buying up ammo is...us?
Or are giant black helicopters airlifting the pallets of ammo from the back of walmart before they can be unloaded?

I'm not overly worried about it.
What makes a magazine a magazine? The outer shell, the spring, follower, base plate? What is classified as the component that makes it a magazine won't be available. Parts for everything else will be. Same with the AR's all the parts and pieces will be available just not the stripped lower receiver. If you are worried about wearing it out or widening the pin holes in the receiver get a KNS kit or something similar.
Ammo like everything else that isn't available will become available in a few months. I'm watching places that are getting pmags and some ammo trickle in. People are buying it all up at the higher prices, and eventually credit cards will get maxed out the need to fix the roof or that leaky pipe will prevail in the budget or they will start trying to sell some surplus once the bills start rolling in and there hasn't been the revolt/end of the world they were waiting to happen.
It is shitty right now, especially for those of us that want to get out to the range and beat some steel, but as long as companies can manufacture ammunition and produce parts they will do so because it is lucrative.

Another Colorado Democratic congressman, Jared Polis of Boulder, thinks that banning law-abiding people from possessing weapons violates the Second Amendment.

Depends on the wait time I believe [facepalm]
Stevie Wonder could have seen this panic coming. Until ammo availability changes I'll shoot reloads and .22.

Ha ha this is awesome. I guess if you are worried about evil features at that point you might as well take your pistol grip off.
The ammo will return, how much it will cost is another reason for concern. I am certain that the next four years will see fat tax, ammo tax, old age tax, and anything else that threatens their agenda will be slowly taxed out of existence to feed the growing .gov mouth.

You cannot order a 60oz soda in NY but refill as many times a 20 or 30 oz. Lets tax the .pols an intelligence tax see how that goes over.
