The Modern Minute Man.
I am a Patriot through and through.
I literally bleed red, white and blue.
I was born in the great state of New York.
But alas, I live there no more.
When I was a child my parents desired the best.
So they decided to move us out West.
To Colorado where the West was won.
With many tools not least of which the gun.
In a state where a man is free.
I am now fearful for my family and me.
New York has a Governor who thinks he is King.
Who pushes Draconian laws with the help of his ring.
In my home state he declares his decree.
He believes his word is law and men are not free.
My fellow citizens stand in defiance.
We must all commit to this alliance.
We marched on our state Capitals first.
Demanding our rights with clenched fist.
Just as they did in Concord and Lexington.
We now must stand against Washington.
Our Government has grown far too immense.
Per the Constitution this makes no sense.
Our Constitution is the law of the land.
And for this reason we must make our stand.
Because this administration would call me a terrorist.
Merely because I claim to be a Patriot.
Labeling U.S. citizens with a curse.
This is tyranny at it's worst.
With these words I point in direction.
The will of the people to come to action.
I believe pens are mightier than swords.
Stand up and be heard even if all you have is your words.

For liberty and freedom I'm willing to bleed red, white, and blue.
