cannot post from droid pad

I have a droid pad from sprint, i can use it to send email and type all kinds of other blogs, when i am on this site i do not get a keyboard pop up and cannot respond or post from the pad, i seem to be fine on other websites such as armslist, gunbroker, pinecam. I can post and reply just fine

I am posting this from my droid phone on the same system, what am i doing wrong on the pad?

If I recall correctly, there is a way to make a keyboard visible for cases like this. You could try a different browser (I use Dolphin with "desktop" emulation, meaning you will get the desktop version of sites versus the mobile version) or shell out a few bucks and buy a Tapatalk application to browse the forum.

I will check it out, posting this from my phone again, the pad and the phone are using the same keyboard, the same system and basically the same version of droid, i am also viewing the full version of the site on both devices, so weird that is only this site that is having an issue

Ok so i loaded the tapatalk, now i can post a reply, but the interface sucks, i like seeing the website better than this diluted version from tapatalk

Five minutes in and i hate tapatalk, rediculous that i would.need.this crappy interface for this one board, all the othe boards work just fine on every device i own, wtf i bought this droid for the true internet experience, not so i can look at mobile version like quality

Try changing the theme from the default to "Simple Blue". You can choose the theme in the bottom left corner of the site.

The default theme uses tons of Ajax, and some older versions of Android have had issues with it.

So if i go advanced the keyboard interface will popup if placing a title, but not for any text input, it would seem the is a glitch.in the site???? Is that possible?

It likely has to do with your tablet if it's working fine on your phone. I also checked it on my phone and there's not a problem. I'd suggest reverting to the default keyboard and testing other browsers to see what combination works.

I will play with different configurations and see what works. For now i will use the mobile version it is still better that tapatalk

Does Simple Blue work? It is better than mobile. If Simple Blue doesn't work, this version of vBulletin (newest stable version) is incompatible out of the box with that tablet, as simple blue is all default functionality with our logo and title on it.
