I did not know that Government Liquidators had a retail site. It's:

http://www.unclesamsretailoutlet.com/default.asp

Some interesting goodies in there.

I've got some good deals from them. Check them out weekly to see what's new.

Some cool stuff on there.
Unfortunately, they don't have these in my size: http://www.unclesamsretailoutlet.com/Military-Brown-Cotton-Briefs-Size-40-8420011121963-p/3750.htm [Tooth]

What's the deal with the Mickey Mouse boots? I've heard the term before, and knew they were snow boots, but what is with the inflation? I'm going to look it up as we speak, in case no one fills like explaining.

Air is an excellent insulator when used like the boots use it.

And how we used to hate them. [Flower]

Why did you hate them Jerry? For the price, I'm considering picking up a pair.

I purchased my first pair to hunt in in 1993. I've accidently filled them with water in 0 degree weather and they warmed right back up after pouring the water out and putting them back on. The valve is present to keep the air-tight insulation layer from exploding from a drastic change in atmospheric pressure. If you aren't jumping out of planes, close the valve and keep it closed.

They're fantastically cheap boots for keeping warm in horribly cold weather.

Hunting is exactly what I was thinking of picking them up for. Thanks for the insight.
