I've written letters to representatives numerous times since DiFi and her assault weapons ban talk have come around this second time around, thank you to all the members who have provided links to these sites to write your reps. I, along with many of the members here cannot just sit idly by as some officials try to trounce on our 2nd amendment rights! It is by virtue of the second amendment rights that all other rights exist! I mean, the founding fathers believed that owning firearms was second only to being able to think and speak freely as free men! I encourage all others to write their reps tell them that we will not tolerate this or any other firearms restrictions being brought forth.

Assholes. How can "We the People" propose banning Democrats? Seems like there should be a process to eliminate bad political parties by voting them out, and NOT with an "Electoral College".

I think that as time passes the federal bans will fail to materialize. What we need to focus more of our efforts on is the State legislature and the democrat controlled state and governor. These people will not go down easily.

We need to call them and email them. We need to have more gatherings on the Capitol steps. They need to know that any attempt to infringe upon or rights to include restricting where we can carry, rifle or magazine ams, or any other sure to be useless legislation will bring a sure defeat to their political careers.

This is a PRO GUN state and we WILL NOT STAND for a bunch of ignorant power hungry liberals ruining our freedoms. They already shot down the teacher bill today. Starting tomorrow we need to flood their offices with calls and make them respect the people. They need to know that the majority of the state's residents do not approve of more anti gun laws. The ones we have don't work, making more will not help.
